Special Education & Autism Awareness

Are you Doctor Mom to a child with Autism?  Does your child have special education needs?

If so, then you probably know that this is Special Education week & Autism Awareness Month.  It’s a time to celebrate all kids facing such challenges.

It’s also a time to recognize all the Doctor Moms who care for those precious children.

I know you’re tired.  I know you worry.  But you are doing an awesome job!  You are doing the best you can and that is all that God asks of you.  He will equip you with everything you need to be a fantastic Doctor Mom.  All you have to do is ask Him!

Never forget what a blessing it is to care for your child.  It is an honor to serve God this way.  One day you will look back on this season of life, so grateful that God trusts you with this job.

If your child has special needs or autism, please leave a comment.  Tell me how fantastic your child is and let me know if you have any prayer requests.

If you are reading this, please take a few minutes to pray for those leaving comments.

We all face different challenges, but we are all in this together.

Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don’t try to figure out everything on your own.  Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; he’s the one who will keep you on track.  Proverbs 3:5-6 MSG
