Are you a Daily Doctor Mom?

If your child has a medical need, then you’re a Daily Doctor Mom. It could be anything from Autism to Asperger’s Syndrome.  Does your child have Cancer?  Crohn’s Disease?   Maybe your child simply has a food allergy that has left life anything but simple. My son has Type 1 Diabetes.

It doesn’t matter what specific illness your child has,–we still share a common bond.  We now have the job title of Daily Doctor Mom and we’re on call 24/7/365.  No breaks.  No vacations.  E.V.E.R.

My hope is to help you keep joy in your heart.  I won’t write about specific diseases.  Instead, I’ll explore  all the other things we deal with every day.  Worry, stress, fear, exhaustion.  Sound familiar?

I’ll be the first one to admit that being a Daily Doctor Mom is no easy task, but if we walk with God, He’s going to get us through this difficult journey.  Successfully!

Be confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Phil 1:6
